Nicușor Dan urges the diaspora to try living in Romania
At the RePatriot Gala "Top 100 Romanians Everywhere", hosted by Cotroceni Palace, the president invited those who left to check for themselves the progress of the Romanian medical and educational system.

President Nicușor Dan sent a message Thursday to Romanians in the diaspora, at the RePatriot Gala "Top 100 Romanians Everywhere", the 9th edition, hosted by Cotroceni Palace, according to news.ro.
He spoke about the need for closer collaboration between the private sector and the state, mentioning that entrepreneurship is "the engine of the engine" of the economy, but that the administration still operates too much on routine to capitalize on this potential.
Regarding returning home, the president said that the choice remains each person's, in a free world, but sent an encouragement to those who hesitate because of fears about the health system or their children's education: to test today's Romania directly. He recalled that medical equipment is no longer what it was 20 years ago and that some doctors trained in foreign clinics have returned to the country, although there are still weak schools alongside good ones.
Nicușor Dan concluded by expressing his openness to a partnership between authorities, the private sector, the academic environment and the diaspora, with the stated purpose of doing things better for the country.
