A totem placed on Boulevard of Heroes in Cluj-Napoca, inspired by Constantin Brâncuși's sculptural language, was created by designer Karim Rashid and built by Colordrops company, on the occasion of the Deco Days interior design event held at BT Arena.

Instead of traditional ornaments, Rashid used a succession of forms called "Ikons", each linked to a human idea or value. At the base is "Divinity", representing the spiritual dimension of creativity, followed by "Heal", associated with art as a form of healing, and "Digital Craft", which refers to technology's role in contemporary creation. "Density" symbolizes the accumulation of knowledge and creative energy, while "Global" refers to the universal character of design. In the upper part appear "Body", linked to the relationship between creativity and senses, and "Pleasure", associated with the joy and emotion produced by art.

Karim Rashid is known for simplified forms and visually-oriented language toward the future. His portfolio includes over 4,000 designs in production, over 400 international awards, and projects in over 47 countries, for companies such as Alessi, Artemide, BoConcept, Natuzzi, and Swarovski. His works are found in permanent collections of institutions such as MoMA, Centre Pompidou, and Brooklyn Museum.
