Six contractor associations participated in the bidding for Lot V of Metropolitan Ring TR35, which includes the sector between Sopor and Selgros nodes. According to the evaluation commission's minutes from September 16, 2026, the bidders were: Frasinul – Bitumina GmbH-Bulgaria EOOD, Bog'Art – Özkar İnşaat – INDEMINAREA PRODCOM, Drum Inserv – Tehnodomus – CML.RO, Far Foundation – Lincor Trans, Construcții Erbașu – Procons Group and Megastroy 2015 LTD – Evropeiski Patishta.

Lot V is approximately 3.1 kilometers and includes the sector between km 28+600 and km 31+700, Node 14 Sopor, Node 15 Selgros and part of the connection road DL B6, from Node 14 Sopor to km 1+600. The exact estimated value of the contract is 488,598,683 lei without VAT.

In 2026, the local Cluj administration decided the unilateral rescission of the contract with Dimex 2000 Company for the Metropolitan Ring and relaunched the tender, dividing the work into five sectors. Among the bidders who submitted applications for Lot V are companies that also competed in the bidding for the other lots of the first stage of the ring.
