Cristian Perea is a product of the Real Madrid academy, where he played for junior teams and wore the captain's armband. He participated in domestic championships and the UEFA Youth League, then recording 32 matches for Real Madrid Castilla in the season before his transfer.
At international level, Perea is accustomed to Spain's junior national teams. With the U19 national team, he won the European Championship in 2024, and last fall participated in the U20 World Championship.
On the same day as the announcement of Perea's transfer, CFR Cluj also announced the arrival of eight other players: Billel Omrani, Sergiu Buș, Ervin Omic, Adi Nalić, Leo Saca, Iva Ghelaşvili, Arpad Tordai, and Jelani Dumas.

Cluj County Council launched work on the modernization and rehabilitation of the Octavian Goga memorial museum complex in Ciucea, an investment of nearly 90 million lei funded from European funds. The project will be implemented through two financing sources: one of approximately 42 million euros and another of 37 million lei.

A delegation from Ukraine visited Cluj County to observe the operation of a molecular waste disintegration facility, being interested in adopting the model. The facility, inaugurated in October 2025, operates within the Integrated Waste Management Center and transforms waste into green energy.
