Young people in Cluj are invited to participate in the fourth edition of the Cluj Innovation and Experiment Fund (FIX Cluj), a program that offers funding for projects with community impact. The program is aimed at people aged 16 to 26 who live, study or work in Cluj-Napoca.

Registration is done in teams formed by a minimum of two and a maximum of five members. Projects will be evaluated through a classic selection process, but will also include a "pitch to community" stage, in which ideas are presented publicly to attract the support of the Cluj community.

The program runs from August 2026 to March 2027 and includes stages of learning, ideation, prototyping and project development. Up to 40 teams can be selected, with each selected team able to receive an initial prize of up to 3,000 euros. The program provides access to training, mentoring and specialized support.

Organizers have made six challenge areas available for young people who do not yet have a fully defined idea. Participants are encouraged to experiment and test solutions, rather than waiting for the "perfect" idea.

The previous edition, from 2024-2025, had four winning teams. Winners Sublime Atelier, ATRUX, Co-live a little and Rhythm Touch received funding of up to 35,000 euros and worked on different projects, ranging from transforming recycled plastic into design objects to promoting local souvenirs.
