According to a report presented by the city hall, 92.3 million euros out of the total 194.6 million were allocated for education, including 43 school infrastructure buildings for approximately 14,000 students and children. Investments included modernizations at schools, daycare centers and kindergartens in the city, such as "Octavian Goga" Gymnasium School, with an investment of approximately 3.5 million euros.
Mobility came second in priorities, with 19.25 million euros from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for public transport and digitalization, plus 18.3 million euros from EU programs for the purchase of articulated electric buses and charging stations. For environmental protection, 10.5 million euros were allocated for selective waste collection, and 3.75 million euros for energy efficiency of residential buildings.
Other EU 2021-2027 programs received 68.8 million euros: 23 million for the Metropolitan Ring, 18.5 million for Airport Park & Ride and 9 million for the Railway Park.
