A new restaurant opens Saturday in the food court at Iulius Mall Cluj, bringing new culinary experiences based on fresh chicken and inspiration from American gastronomy.

:yumm specializes in chicken marinated daily with fresh orange pulp and seven secret spices, covered with a crispy panko crust, Japanese breadcrumb. The menu includes various options: roll, crispyfresh, crispybox, mixbox, zmartbox, burgers, crispymozza and other products.

During the opening, the restaurant offers attractive promotions: on Saturday, Cluj residents get 1+1 on crispybox menus. For those who have downloaded the :yumm app, the offer extends to 1+1 on rollz as well. Every Tuesday, as part of the Marțea Moca campaign organized by the mall, the 1+1 offer on rollz repeats.

:yumm stands out for its unlimited sauce policy, allowing refills when sauce runs out. For takeout orders, customers receive a 100 ml glass of sauce included. Sauces are prepared daily in restaurants from fresh ingredients according to proprietary recipes, including varieties such as Rose, Spicy Rose, Chillimayo, Ranch and Mayocheese.

Each menu also includes carbonated water. The restaurant recently launched a new dessert: churros with brown sugar, cinnamon and caramel sauce. Burger options include variants with coleslaw, mayonnaise, cheddar, bacon and chillimayo.
